Returns & Refunds
At Gabby’s Gifts, we take great care in crafting and packaging each personalised item with love. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re more than happy to offer a replacement or refund.

To process a claim, we require clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging for assessment.
